Nineteen guns were fired to mark the end of Donald Rumsfeld's calamitous six years at the Defense Department and not one of them hit the Butcher of Baghdad. The guns, like the Rmusfeld policies, misfired. Or to put it another way, shooting duds to the very end is what to be expected from such a miserable extremist.
